What Does the following Transvaginal Ultrasound Test Result Mean?

I had my last period about 9 months ago. TA and a TV scan says a reverted uterus 82x56x40mm, with at least 8-10 intramural 7-12mm fibroids noted. Fundal endometrial thickness 8mm. Ovarian appearance right 18x16x12 MM. Left 22x19x33 MM., no ad exalt masses, cysts or free fluid collection noted. Please advise what does the results indicate
